A common age-related problem is a Cervical Spondylosis. It affects our joints in your cervical spine. Sometimes it is called neck arthritis or osteoarthritis. Myelogram: It is an injection which can detect the highlighted area of your bone.  After that CT Scan or X-Ray provides detailed image of this areas.

Electromyogram:   it can check your nerves system electrically active or not.

Physical Therapy: Physical therapy is the most effective treatment in this problem. By doing this therapy you can get relief from your pain and muscle problem. Proper medication also helps to reduce this problem.

Home Treatment Option:

There are so many home treatment options which can help you to get relief from this severe pain. Regular exercise can help you in this problem. You can also wear a soft neck brace also. But you should not wear this things for a long period it can also make your muscle weak.

You can use heating pad or cold pack on your neck. It can also give relief. You can also take some pain reliever capsules also.
